CrossFit... CrossFit is a system of group fitness training that aims to produce an elite level of general physical conditioning in the most efficient manner possible. Workouts are short and intense, and incorporate elements of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, rowing, track, bodyweight calisthenics and circuit training.
